User Agreement

1. Product provided and non-goals

CompLadder provides a decision ladder for competing job offers: on-device true annual value and commute cost, What-If re-ranking, and optional DeepSeek-assisted extraction of pay fields, duel-gap insights, negotiation ask rungs, and voice tradeoff briefs. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or professional career counseling.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and use the App lawfully. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share, and do not misuse AI features to harm others.

3. User content and data

You own the offer materials and notes you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of inputs and for keeping backups of on-device data you care about.

Core ranking and What-If calculations run on your device. If you enable DeepSeek cloud analysis, CompLadder sends limited offer-related data to DeepSeek only after you allow it, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke that permission in Desk at any time.

4. In-App Purchases

CompLadder does not currently sell in-app digital goods. If digital items or unlocks are sold later, they will be processed by Apple StoreKit. Prices would appear in the App Store / StoreKit sheet, and Apple’s refund rules would apply.

5. Apple terms

Your use of Apple services remains subject to Apple’s terms.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or end. Optional DeepSeek extraction and insight features may depend on network and model availability.

7. Intellectual property

App software, design, and branding remain with their owners. You keep rights in your personal offer records and notes.

8. Disclaimers and liability boundaries

True annual value, commute cost, What-If rankings, duel-gap insights, and negotiation ask rungs are decision aids, not guarantees of pay, commute time, or negotiation results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for career or compensation decisions you make using the App.

9. Termination, consumer rights, changes, and contact

You may stop using the App and delete local data at any time. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited where they cannot be waived. Contact offers@compladder.app.
